ION has two locations at Abraham Lincoln Capital Airport, one pre-security screening across from the Passenger Service Center and Breeze ticket counter, and the other post-security screening located near Gate 1. ION provides a variety of gifts, souvenirs, snacks, and last minute personal items you may need.
Costa Coffee machines are located pre-security screening near Door C and post-security screening near Gate 4.
Passenger Service Center
The Passenger Service Center is located near the Breeze Airways counter and provides assistance to passengers with travel questions and offers TSA Precheck fingerprinting Monday 10:00AM to 3:30PM and Thursday 9:00AM to 3:30PM. To enroll visit TSA Precheck Enrollment.
Internet Connection
A wireless internet connection is provided to customers free of charge.
ATM
An automatic teller machine is located by the vending machines near the screening checkpoint.
Mail Box
A United States Postal Service mailbox is located outside door B.
Wash Rooms
Washrooms are located in baggage claim, the main terminal across from door C and inside screening.
Smoking Area
Smoking is not permitted in Abraham Lincoln Capital Airport. Designated smoking areas are provided outside in front of the terminal.
Springfield Airport Authority Offices
Second level by door D and Car Rental Agencies. Office hours are Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
