Southwest Quadrant Clearing, Grubbing and Grading
The Springfield Airport Authority will accept bid proposals for "Abraham Lincoln Capital Airport Southwest Quadrant Clearing, Grubbing and Grading". Bid proposals are subject to the conditions and provisions presented in the bidding documents and will be received at the office of the Springfield Airport Authority, 1200 Capital Airport Drive, Springfield, IL , second floor of the Terminal building, until 2:00 PM, Friday, October 9, 2026. All proposals submitted in accordance with the instructions presented in the bidding documents will be subject to review and evaluation for compliance. The project documents and plans are available at https://www.flyspi.com/business/rfps/. Proposals must be mailed or hand delivered in a sealed envelope and have the words "Southwest Quadrant Clearing, Grubbing and Grading - Do Not Open" clearly marked on the envelope. The Springfield Airport Authority reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity, to reject any or all bids in whole or part, and to determine the lowest responsible bid in the best interest of the Authority.
