Airport Gift Shop and Passenger Serivce Center
Located between doors "B" & "C" next to Subway. The Gift shop providesa a variety of gifts and souvenirs, snacks and last minute personal items you may need. Alcoholic beverages now being served!
Telephones
Coin operated pay phones are located in baggage claim at door "D", outside the washrooms located at door "C" and inside screening. Credit card operated phones with data ports are located inside the passenger business center at door "C", on the Flight Tracker desk by door "B" and inside screening in the lounge areas.
Internet Connection
A wireless internet connection (802.11 b and g) is provided to customers free of charge. Users should be able to access the wireless network from all points inside the terminal except for the hallway between baggage claim and the main terminal.
Flight Tracker
Customers can check the status of all arrival and departure flights by using a touchscreen computer located inside door "B". Instructions provided at flight tracker counter.

Courtesy Phones
Red courtesy phones are provided in baggage claim, across from door "C" outside the washrooms and inside screening. Courtesy phones allow passengers one touch contact with Safety, Operations, Airline counters, Springfield Airport Authority Admin offices, Car Rental Agencies and taxicabs servicing Abraham Lincoln Capital Airport.

An automatic teller machines is located just inside door "B".
Mail Box
A United States Postal Service mail box is located outside door "B".
Newspapers and Magazines
Newspaper machines are located in the breezeway of door "B". A variety of magazines are sold in the Subway dining area.
Television
Television monitors displaying weather and news are located in the seating area just outside the screening check point, lounge/Subway area and inside screening at gates 2, 3 & 4.
Vending Machines
Vending machines are located just ouside of the screening area. Additional snack and coffee machines are located inside screening for your convenience.
Wash Rooms
Washrooms are located in baggage claim, the main terminal across from door "C" and inside screening.
Smoking Area
Smoking is not permitted in Abraham Lincoln Capital Airport. Designated smoking areas are provided outside in front of the terminal or in the outdoor courtyard located in the interior of the terminal building between doors "C" and "D".
Springfield Airport Athority Offices
Second level by door "D" and Car Rental Agencies. Office hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
